Campbell County, home to Gillette, is Wyoming's third-most-populous county and seat of the Sixth Judicial District. The Campbell County Clerk of District Court keeps felony criminal, civil, family, and probate records for the district court, and the Circuit Court Clerk is a separate office in the same courthouse complex that keeps misdemeanor and small-civil records for the circuit court.

As in the rest of Wyoming, there is no public online case-search website for either court. Records can be searched in person at the courthouse's free public-access terminal, or by contacting the clerk directly by phone, mail, or email.

Tickets and ordinance violations written by Gillette police go to Gillette Municipal Court, a separate city system not indexed by the county.

Which clerk has your record

In Wyoming, the clerk who keeps a file depends on which court heard the case. Check the court name on the case notice, citation, or order, then use the office and coverage details above to identify the record holder. Court names and responsibilities differ by state; a county clerk may not keep court case files. For federal cases, see the PACER guide. The full court structure is on the Wyoming page.
