Pueblo County, in southern Colorado along the Arkansas River, is the entire 10th Judicial District, so its district and county courts share one Clerk of Court at the Pueblo Combined Court, 501 N Elizabeth Street in downtown Pueblo. One building, one clerk, and one records department cover felonies, civil suits, divorces, probate, misdemeanors, traffic, and small claims for the whole county.

Because Colorado's trial courts are run by the state Judicial Branch, there is no Pueblo County-only case search. Scheduled hearings and basic case data are on the Judicial Branch's free docket search filtered to Pueblo County; a fuller register of actions is available through the paid CoCourts service. The City of Pueblo runs its own Pueblo Municipal Court at 200 S Main Street, a court of record that handles city charter and ordinance violations and posts its daily docket online through a separate vendor. Those cases are not in the state tools.

The Combined Court has a dedicated Records Department window with its own hours, plus a Self-Help Center for people filing without a lawyer.

What is available online

The free statewide docket search shows scheduled hearings and basic case data for Pueblo County district and county courts; it does not show full case histories or filed documents. CoCourts, the Judicial Branch's paid vendor, returns a register of actions that includes many closed cases. Pueblo Municipal Court posts its daily docket through a third-party viewer linked from the city website and keeps its own records; it is not in either state tool.

Which clerk has your record

In Colorado, the clerk who keeps a file depends on which court heard the case. Check the court name on the case notice, citation, or order, then use the office and coverage details above to identify the record holder. Court names and responsibilities differ by state; a county clerk may not keep court case files. For federal cases, see the PACER guide. The full court structure is on the Colorado page.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a separate case search for Pueblo County?

No. Pueblo County uses the statewide Colorado Judicial Branch docket search (filter to Pueblo County) and the paid CoCourts register of actions. Pueblo Municipal Court has a separate daily docket viewer on the city website.

Which office keeps felony and divorce records in Pueblo County?

The Clerk of Court at the Pueblo Combined Court, since Pueblo County is its own judicial district (the 10th) and district and county courts share one clerk and one Records Department.

What are the Records Department hours at the Pueblo Combined Court?

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. The building itself is open 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., but the records and customer service windows keep the shorter schedule.

Are Pueblo city traffic tickets in the county court system?
