Creek County, southwest of Tulsa, is unusual among Oklahoma counties: its Court Clerk operates two divisions rather than one. The main office is on the second floor of the Creek County Courthouse at 222 East Dewey in Sapulpa, and a second division sits at 110 West 7th Street in Bristow, serving the western part of the county. The same elected Court Clerk runs both, but a case filed in the Bristow division is kept in Bristow, so knowing which end of the county a case came from saves a trip.
The office files and maintains every district-court record for the county — civil, small claims, probate, domestic, criminal, and traffic — and also issues marriage licenses and other licenses. As in the rest of Oklahoma, there is no separate criminal or probate clerk; the County Clerk is a different office that handles land records.
Creek County's Court Clerk publishes its dockets through On Demand Court Records (ODCR), and its contact page names odcr.com as the court records website for both divisions. ODCR lists the two divisions separately as "Creek (Sapulpa)" and "Creek (Bristow/Drumright)," and OSCN's county menu likewise carries both a Creek County District Court entry and a Creek (Bristow) entry. Search the right division, or both, when looking for a case.

What is available online
Creek County dockets are published on ODCR under two separate court entries, one for Sapulpa and one for Bristow/Drumright, and the county also appears twice in OSCN's docket search. Docket entries and party names are free on both systems; ODCR charges a subscription to view scanned documents. Older cases may be index-only or paper-only. Juvenile, adoption, and mental-health matters and any sealed or expunged record do not appear in the public search on either system.
Which clerk has your record
In Oklahoma, the clerk who keeps a file depends on which court heard the case. Check the court name on the case notice, citation, or order, then use the office and coverage details above to identify the record holder. Court names and responsibilities differ by state; a county clerk may not keep court case files. For federal cases, see the PACER guide. The full court structure is on the Oklahoma page.
| Court | Typical cases | Records kept by |

| District Courts (77 counties) | Felony and misdemeanor criminal cases; Divorce, custody, and other family cases; Civil suits of any amount | Court Clerk of the county |
